Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and oil.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients; add wet ingredients all at once and mix just until combined (batter should be lumpy.)
- Cook on one side until the edges are set and the pancake is bubbling, then flip. Cook until golden brown.
