Corn Cakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups kernel corn
Directions
- Beat flour, salt, pepper, eggs, milk, and butter. Add kernel corn and mix together.
- Drop by tablespoons on hot, greased griddle. Brown on one side. Turn once, then brown the other side.
- Serve hot with honey or molasses.
