*Sour milk substitute: for each cup of sour milk needed, place one tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar in a glass measuring cup. Add enough milk too make one cup total liquid, then stir. Let stand for 5 minutes before using.
Directions
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Make a well in the dry ingredients; add wet ingredients all at once and mix just until combined (batter should be lumpy.)
